2.A player must participate in half of the teams scheduled games to participate in final tournament.
3.All roster adjustments/changes need to be cleared through the YMCA adult basketball coordinator.
4.All League fees MUST be paid prior to the first scheduled game.
5.Games will consist of two half's. Each half will be twenty minutes. The clock will run continuously except for the final two minutes of each half.
6.Overtime will be five minutes. The clock will run continuously except for the final two minutes.
7.Each team will be given two time-outs per half. A team may carry one time-out into the second half.
8. A team shall forfeit their game on the following conditions: A. A team cannot provide five players within ten minutes of scheduled game time. B. A team uses a player that is not on team roster. C. A team has less than 5 players available due to fouls and/or ejections.
9.A forfeit shall be defined as a loss. Scheduled teams may use the court in the event of a forfeit for a scrimmage. Referees & time keepers are not obligated to oversee such occurrences.
10.All players must have matching shirts/jerseys.
11.All games shall be officiated in accordance with PIAA rules and regulations.
Code of Conduct:
All participants of the adult basketball league are required to handle themselves in a responsible manner. Verbal or physical abuse by any player toward another player or official will not be tolerated and could lead to suspension or ejection from the league without refund of any
program fees. A player’s actions if severe enough could lead to the ejection of an entire team without refund of any program fees.
