Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers® is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events.  Unlock the door to greater independence and a healthier life with this exciting program held right in your very own Jersey Shore Branch YMCA!

Senior Membership Reimbersment

If you already belong to the YMCA, the Silver Sneakers program is available to you at no additional cost.  Older adults, usually those age 65 or older, but in some cases those of any age deemed disabled and receiving Medicare, may be eligible for a free membership at the YMCA through certain insurance providers.

Program Benifits

As a Silver Sneakers program participant, you will receive:

• Free, unlimited participation in Silver Sneakers classes. Contact or stop by the front desk for class dates and times.

• A complimentary Jersey Shore Branch YMCA Membership, which enables you to attend other Y classes including wellness and recreation. 

Enrollment
